The JYQD-V8.3E is a high-performance, industrial-grade 3 phase bldc motor controller designed and manufactured by JUYI Tech. Engineered specifically for driving three-phase brushless sensorless DC motors, this compact bldc motor driver delivers outstanding efficiency, stable linear speed control, and multi-level safety protections.
Powered by the robust JY02A IC core control platform, the JYQD-V8.3E board supports versatile speed regulation via both PWM and analog voltage inputs. Advanced JY02A IC Architecture: Leverages the mature hardware-controlled algorithms of the JY02A driver chip, offering exceptional startup timing, optimal motor phase matching, and smooth operations.
High Output Capability: Supports a wide 12V–36V DC operating voltage while handling a continuous working current of up to 15A (with peak maximum current up to 15A).

Power Interface Port (3.96 mm pitch):
VCC: DC Power Supply Positive (+) Input.
GND: DC Power Supply Negative (-) Ground.
MA / MB / MC: Motor Phase A / Phase B / Phase C output connections.
Control Interface Port (2.54 mm pitch):
M: Motor speed pulse output signal port (5V pulse signal, max output current <5mA).
5V: Driver board internal output reference voltage (dedicated strictly to the speed potentiometer or direction switch).
Z/F: Rotating direction control port. Connect to 5V high level or leave open/unconnected for Forward direction; connect to 0V low level or GND for Reverse direction.
VR: Speed control input port. Analog voltage linear speed regulation supports 0.1V - 5V with an input resistance of 20K Ohm. Connect with GND when utilizing PWM speed regulation.
GND: Used for the driver board's internal control ground reference.
Polarity Caution (No Anti-Reverse Protection): Please take critical note that the JYQD-V8.3E bldc motor driver has no anti-reverse connection protection. Connecting the DC power input with reversed polarity will permanently damage the board. Always double-check VCC and GND connections before powering on.
Thermal Management & Heatsink Installation: The JYQD-V8.3E is a bare-board module without a pre-installed housing or heatsink.
For motors below 60W, active cooling is not required; it only needs to ensure normal ventilation and proper electrical insulation.
For motors above 60W, you must add an appropriate heatsink. Always pay strict attention to maintaining reliable electrical insulation between the driver MOSFETs and the heatsink or your installation plate.
Signal Protection (Shielded Wires): If your installation layout requires a distance of more than 50 cm between the driver board and the BLDC motor, you must use shielded wires. Otherwise, signal interference may lead to abnormal driving, affecting normal equipment operation.
