The JY213LH is a high-performance 250V three-phase half-bridge gate driver IC designed for BLDC motor control, inverter designs, and high-voltage power switching applications. Engineered using a floating-substrate and P-EPI process, it delivers excellent reliability, fast switching characteristics, and robust protection features.

With ±1A peak source/sink capability, the JY213LH can efficiently drive medium-voltage MOSFETs and IGBTs, making it ideal for engineers developing compact and high-efficiency BLDC control systems.
