Overview

The JY02A is a fully integrated sensorless BLDC motor driver IC, designed for simple application, high efficiency, and reliable protection. It eliminates the need for external comparators or programming, offering excellent adaptability for various BLDC motor systems.

Typical applications: Robotic vacuums, automotive water pumps, circulation pumps, fans, compressors, power tools, automatic doors, AGV vehicles, and other BLDC-driven systems.

  • Soft Direction Change: Smooth transition between CW/CCW, protecting MOSFETs and motor.
  • Speed Signal Output (FG): Outputs one pulse per commutation for precise speed feedback.
  • Startup Torque Control: Adjustable via QD (0–2.5 V); typical range 0–0.8 V.
